Work Anticipated to be completed Next week, June 6th to June 10th
·         Continue with water main installation along Ronald Road and Glendale Road
·         Complete water main within cul-de-sacs
·         Make connection to existing water main along Greenwood Road

The contractor started excavating for boring pits and directional boring the new water main and casing under Greenwood Road this week. The intersection of Ronald Road and Greenwood Road was reduced to one lane to facilitate this construction. Everything will be done to open all the lanes as quickly as possible.

The contractor also worked in the intersection of Ronald Road and Glendale Road this week. During this construction, the entire intersection was closed to through traffic.

If all goes as planned, the contractor anticipates having the water main completed by the end of next week. The contractor will then begin performing the required tests and receive the necessary approvals for placing the newly installed water main into service. Once all the tests have passed and approvals are received, the contractor will begin replacing the water services to each individual homes.

The contractor has started, and will continue for the foreseeable future, having 2 crews working on the site. The crews will be working on different aspects of the project. Every effort will be made ensure one lane of traffic is open along Ronald Road and Glendale Road within the various work locations. Should future roadway /intersection closures be required, residents will be notified. You may be requested to use alternate routes to avoid areas of the work zone. Please use caution as you travel through the work zones.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding as you navigate through the various lane and intersection closures along the project site.
